(1) We store your details on our servers for the use of entering Open Calls and Open Exhibitions managed by our clients who use the OESS.

(2) When entering an Open Call or Open Exhibition using the OESS you agree to allow us to share your data and artwork information with our clients.

(3) We may periodically send promotional emails about Open Calls or Open Exhibitions or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, unless you ask us not to do so.
